You can try ScribePace for free — no credit card required. The Free plan includes 25 scripts, the full dual-column A/V editor, live pacing tracker, tone analysis, version history, and 15 AI actions per day.

When you upgrade to Pro ($29/mo), your subscription starts as soon as you complete Paddle's secure checkout — which is exactly why every payment is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee below. If ScribePace is not a fit, you get every cent back.

If you are charged and are not satisfied with ScribePace for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date. This applies to:

• Your first payment on any paid plan
• Monthly and annual subscriptions

We offer this guarantee with no questions asked. We want you to feel confident trying ScribePace.

Note: Once a refund is issued, your account reverts to the free plan immediately. If you simply want to stop future charges but keep access until the end of your billing period, use the cancellation option instead.

• Subject line: "Refund Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• The date of the charge (optional — helps us find it faster)

You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated.

Refunds are generally not available for charges older than 14 days, or for partial billing periods remaining after cancellation. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.

After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion. If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 14-day window, please contact us — we will review your situation and work with you fairly.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app. You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

• After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (25 scripts, 15 AI actions/day)
• Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted on cancellation

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse (e.g. repeatedly subscribing and refunding), fraud, or clear violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for denial.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
